By the likes of Instagram you guys obviously re-discovered the Moan sweater.

The Moan Sweater was born out of grief for my beloved cat Loekie, who passed away. Heartbroken, I poured my emotions into designing this sweater, its name reflecting the mourning and longing I felt for him. The rhythmic colorwork became a way to process my loss and find comfort in creating something meaningful.

The sweater is worked top/down. The top three rows of motifs in this sweater design are further apart towards the shoulders to create a visually "embracing" effect around the shoulders. This subtle widening of the distance improves the shape of the yoke, pulls the eye in the middle and gives the impression that the sweater wraps gently around the shoulders, adding both warmth and a flattering, cozy silhouette.
